UNDERSTAND — Comprehensive Menopause Consultation · $800
An in-depth 90-minute consultation exploring your symptoms, medical and family history, lifestyle, sexual health, medications, risks and goals. We discuss evidence-based options including menopausal hormone therapy, nonhormonal treatments and lifestyle interventions, with individualized consideration for women with increased cancer risk or a personal history of cancer.
PREVENT — Midlife Health Strategy · $400
A dedicated education and prevention visit designed to help you understand your results, how your medications work, and what they mean for your long-term health. Together, we develop a personalized strategy focused on cardiovascular and metabolic health, bone health, cognition, weight and body composition, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and sexual health.
OPTIMIZE — Treatment Optimization · $300
Once treatment is underway, we assess your progress, review relevant labs and refine your plan. This may include adjustments to hormone or nonhormonal therapies, treatment for genitourinary and sexual health, and testosterone when clinically appropriate.
THRIVE — Ongoing Lilly Membership

Your first three visits build the foundation. The Lilly Membership will provide ongoing, comprehensive care focused on symptom management, hormone optimization, sexual health, prevention, lifestyle medicine and healthy aging.
